What Are The Terms and Conditions For My
Use Of Classic Industries' Products And
Services?
By purchasing Classic Industries Products, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all
terms and conditions of this Agreement.
This Agreement as well as any additional Classic Industries policies, together with all
modifications thereto, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between You and Classic
Industries concerning your use of Classic Industries' Products and Services and supersede and
govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. All Classic Industries policies
and agreements specific to particular Products and Services are incorporated herein and made
part of this Agreement by reference. By purchasing Classic Industries Products or Services, you
acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions
of this Agreement and any other policies or agreements made part of this Agreement by
reference, as well as any new, different or additional terms, conditions or policies that Classic

Industries may establish from time to time, and any agreements that Classic Industries is
currently bound by or will be bound by in the future.
Important: All first-time customer orders with a grand total equal to or greater than
$300, shipping air service requires a signature on delivery (new customer first-time
order only).
All first-time customer orders shipping air service must be shipped to the customer's
billing address (new customer first-time order only).
All first-time customer orders with a grand total equal to or greater than $1,000
shipping ground service must be shipped to the customer's billing address (new
customer first-time order only).
